*FREEJOGGER is a Danish registered company and subject to Danish law. The following policy is a translation of the original Danish text. In case of any discrepancy between the original Danish text and the English translations, the Danish text shall prevail.

These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on freejogger.com for delivery in Europe, unless otherwise agreed.

Order and payment

FREEJOGGER accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, ApplePay, GooglePay, and ShopPay.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. We do not charge card fees. All prices include VAT. All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) or Danish Kroner (DKK).

FREEJOGGER uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and your information cannot therefore be read.

Shipping / Delivery

FREEJOGGER offers various shipping options across the world.

At FREEJOGGER, we offer delivery to either your home address or you can choose to pick up the item at one of the specified collection points in your area.

All EU orders have an expected delivery time of 1-2 business days, once collected by our shipping partners. International orders depend on delivery method selected in check-out.

The buyer pays for shipping if a purchase is canceled or an item needs to be exchanged.

If we are out of stock and accepting pre-orders, please refer to the delivery date stated on the website and on your order confirmation.

FREEJOGGER is responsible for the goods until you have received them.

If you want an item to be delivered to your address without signing for it, you must contact the shipping company yourself. If the package is delivered without signing for it, it is at your own risk.

Uncollected parcels: If the parcel is sent back from the parcel shop, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return, which is imposed on us by the shipping company. If you wish to have the item sent again, you must pay for new shipping yourself.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. Reception takes place when the shipping company has delivered the item to you. If, for example, you have agreed that they may place it without you signing off, your right of withdrawal begins when this happens.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hello@freejogger.com if you want to cancel your purchase, after which we will send you a cancellation form, which you must enclose with the return package. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Returns

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping yourself. You are liable if damage occurs during transport. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged.

The item is returned to:
FREEJOGGER ApS
Dunhammervej 17
2400 Copenhagen
Denmark

Condition of the item upon return

If the item is damaged or in any other way has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back* (*U.S. based customers, see the note below about tariffs, duties, and handling fees).

If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We do not grant partial refunds if you believe a received product or item is impaired. You are able to return the product or item for a full refund less the shipping costs and any duties and fees, or keep the product.

The item is sent to:

FREEJOGGER ApS
Dunhammervej 17
2400 Copenhagen

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

Tariffs

Due to new tariffs implemented by the U.S. government, all packages into the US from Europe are subject to a 15% tariff. When FREEJOGGER sends a package to a U.S. based customer, the customer becomes liable for the tariffs, duties, and handling fees related to the shipment. In some cases shipping carriers or the USCBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency) may hold FREEJOGGER liable for the tariff amounts if the recepient defaults on payment, for that reason all refunds of U.S. based customers will be deducted the charged tariffs, duties, and handling fee's unless sufficient proof is exhibited to verify that the owed amounts have been paid.

Right of complaint

The Danish Purchase Act's defect rules apply to the purchase of goods. When you shop at FREEJOGGER, you have a 24 month right of complaint. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

If the package is damaged upon receipt, please refuse receipt and contact FREEJOGGER as soon as possible.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. You can advertise by contacting us via email at hello@freejogger.com. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

You will receive a return slip by mail, which you must print, fill in and attach to the item when you return it.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs. We also offer to send you a return label that you can print out and attach to the package yourself.

The item must of course always be sent back in proper packaging.

The item is sent to:
FREEJOGGER ApS
Dunhammervej 17
2400 Copenhagen

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

It is only possible to deliver packages to the address by express agreement.

If the product fails as a result of abuse or the like or is tested flawlessly, an invoice will be sent for repairing the product or time spent. An invoice can never exceed the new value of the product and must be agreed before repairs are carried out.

When sending the item, please include a detailed description of the problem. Upon request, you will be sent a complaint form, which you are asked to fill in before a repair can begin.

We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
