Refund policy

*FREEJOGGER is a Danish registered company and subject to Danish law. The following policy is a translation of the original Danish text. In case of any discrepancy between the original Danish text and the English translations, the Danish text shall prevail.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. Reception takes place when the shipping company has delivered the item to you. If, for example, you have agreed that they may place it without you signing off, your right of return begins when this happens.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hello@freejogger.com if you want to cancel your purchase, after which we will send you a cancellation form, which you must enclose with the return package. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
