Introduction

When you visit our website, information is collected about you, which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the advertisements displayed on the site. If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of the website. Below we have elaborated on which information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.

Personal data policy

General

Weneed the following information when you shop with us:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

Your name, address, telephone number and email address are passed on to the delivery company so that your item can be delivered and they can inform you about this.

Your payment information is passed on to Stripe so that payment can be made for the purchase.

The personal information is registered with FREEJOGGER ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Information we collect
If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. We can use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop.

We can obtain information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), telephone number and payment information.

Treatment basis and purpose

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation and possibly a newsletter. The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be shared with Stripe, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your item or service.

 

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as e.g. to send a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Period of storage

The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

DataData about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly clicks on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "Cookies" above. The information is used for advertising targeting.

Insights and complaints
